How to Place an Order with Us
We sell our precious metals over the weekend, while the Commodity Market is closed, which provides a safe way for you to choose and order your precious metals without worrying about any price movements. You can place an order with us online over the weekend, between Friday at 4:30 pm, CT and Sunday at 3:00 pm, CT. You can also call during our office hours (Mon-Thurs 9 am - 5 pm, CT) if you have any questions about our products, or need additional information. The steps are simple, and we are here to help you along the way!
Step 1: Place the Order
You may place an order online starting at 4:30 pm CT on Friday, and ending at 3:00 pm CT the following Sunday. This is the time frame in which the Market is closed, and all prices are locked. Our product page will become "active,” and all products that we have in stock will be available for purchase. To browse our products, go to the 'Investments' tab at the top of your screen. Step 2: Make the Payment
Upon checking out, you will receive a “pop-up” on your screen that includes our bank information, including routing number, account number, bank address, etc. and you will also receive this information via email shortly after you place the order. The methods of payment that we accept are:
Direct Account-to-Account Transfer (through Chase bank only)
Payment through bank wire is the safest and most efficient form of payment for precious metals transactions. However, if your order is a smaller increment of gold and/or silver, and you wish to avoid any additional fees that your bank would charge for a bank wire, then an ACH transfer would be satisfactory. We do request that payment is made within one business day of placing the order; our receipt of payment deadline (unless otherwise approved by TRADEway) is the Wednesday following the placement of your order.
NOTE: If you have a Chase Bank Account, you can request that they send a direct account-to-account transfer with no added fee. This would be ideal.
As of 10/24/17 we have no minimum order threshold, and there are no taxes for bullion purchases in the state of Texas. If you are ordering from our website we will send you an email confirmation upon receiving your payment, which acts as your payment receipt. NOTE: Once you have placed a weekend order, and have locked in pricing terms with us, you will be expected to follow through with payment in fulfillment of your commitment to buy. If an order is canceled after the market reopens on Sunday at 4 PM, CT, you may be subject to Market Loss fees IN ADDITION TO a cancelation fee of $350.
Step 3: Receive Your Precious Metals
All of our packages are shipped fully insured at no cost to you. After we receive your payment, it will take 1-3 business days to ship your precious metals; after filling the order, we will send you a follow-up email that includes the tracking number for your order. Our shipping methods all run through UPS, and vary based on your order quantity. Below, our shipping methods are listed according to order amount:
UPS Mail Innovations
For orders less than $100, we offer free shipping through UPS Mail Innovations. Estimated transit time is 5-7 days.
UPS Sure Post
For orders between $100 and $1,000, we offer free shipping through UPS SurePost. Estimated transit time is 3-5 days.
UPS Next Day Air
For orders of $1,000 or more, we offer free shipping via UPS Next Day Air. Estimated transit time is 1 day.
